Milk is one of the main causes of baby allergies. Milk contains many kinds of allergenic proteins, including Casein, alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin as the main allergens.

 

Patients allergic to bovine milk are not only allergic to bovine milk itself, but also allergic to other dairy products such as butter, whipping cream, cheese and yogurt.
